ZMD Physicians Group is seeking a board-certified ENT / Head & Neck surgeon to join our physician partnership platform in Beverly Hills. This is an equity partnership opportunity — not an employment arrangement. You will join a platform that handles the administrative, operational, and business infrastructure so you can focus entirely on delivering excellent patient care.

Our founding physician, Dr. Hootan Zandifar, built one of Beverly Hills' premier ENT and cosmetic surgery practices on the conviction that clinical excellence and patient-centered care are not competing priorities — they are the same priority. You will be joining a platform that shares that conviction.

Requirements: Board certification in Otolaryngology (ABOto); active California medical license; minimum 3 years post-fellowship clinical experience; commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered practice.

ZMD Physicians Group is expanding its dermatology presence and seeking board-certified dermatologists to join our physician partnership platform in Beverly Hills and Boston. This role offers equity participation, access to our integrated clinical platform, and the opportunity to collaborate with our wellness and aesthetic medicine teams to serve patients across the full spectrum of skin health.

Requirements: Board certification in Dermatology (ABD); active medical license in California and/or Massachusetts; commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered dermatologic care.

ZMD Wellness, our wellness and regenerative medicine practice, is seeking a physician with deep expertise in regenerative medicine, longevity science, and hormone optimization. You will work alongside our founding team at Regen Therapy MD to advance evidence-based regenerative protocols and contribute to our clinical research pipeline.

This is a rare opportunity to practice at the intersection of clinical medicine and research, within a platform that takes the science of regenerative medicine seriously and invests in advancing it through our affiliated research foundation.

Requirements: MD or DO; board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related specialty; fellowship or advanced training in regenerative/functional medicine preferred; active California medical license.

Our aesthetic medicine network, ZMD Med Spas, is built on the conviction that aesthetic medicine should be clinically rigorous — not a commodity service. ZMD Wellness is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a passion for longevity medicine, hormone optimization, and regenerative health to join our Beverly Hills team. You will work closely with our physician partners to deliver evidence-based wellness protocols, conduct patient assessments, and contribute to our clinical research initiatives.

Requirements: Active NP license in California; minimum 2 years clinical experience in wellness, functional medicine, or a related field; familiarity with hormone optimization protocols and regenerative medicine approaches.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to support clinical operations across our physician services and wellness practices. ZMD Group is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead multi-site operational excellence across our integrated platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational standards, supporting physician partners with administrative infrastructure, and building the systems that allow our clinical teams to focus on what matters most — patient care.

This is a senior leadership role with direct access to our founding team and the opportunity to shape how a physician-led healthcare platform operates at scale. You will work across all four pillars of our platform and play a central role in our expansion into new markets.

Requirements: 7+ years healthcare operations experience; multi-site management background; strong understanding of clinical workflows, compliance requirements, and physician partnership dynamics; MBA or MHA preferred.

We are seeking a VP of Marketing & Brand to lead the brand strategy and marketing execution for ZMD Group and its family of brands. You will be responsible for building the platform's public presence, developing thought leadership content, and creating the marketing infrastructure that supports our expansion into new markets.

This is a rare opportunity to build a healthcare brand from the ground up — with a founding team that understands the difference between marketing and storytelling, and that believes the best brand strategy is an honest one.

ZMD Group is seeking a Director of Finance & FP&A to build and lead our financial planning and analysis function. You will be responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, reporting, and supporting strategic decisions across our platform and expansion markets. This role works directly with our founding team and is central to how we plan our next chapter.

Requirements: 6+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience; healthcare industry background strongly preferred; advanced financial modeling skills; CPA or CFA preferred; experience with multi-entity financial consolidation.

We are seeking a Healthcare Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance across our platform, including HIPAA, state medical board requirements, FTC guidelines, and clinical research compliance. This role is critical to our expansion strategy and will work closely with our legal, clinical, and operations teams.

Requirements: 5+ years healthcare compliance experience; HIPAA expertise required; familiarity with multi-state medical practice regulations; CHC certification preferred; experience with clinical research compliance a plus.

ZMD Group is seeking a Technology & Data Platform Manager to oversee the technology infrastructure that supports our integrated healthcare platform. You will manage our EHR systems, data analytics capabilities, and technology vendor relationships — and you will play a key role in building the digital infrastructure that supports our expansion into new markets.

Research Roles

3 Positions

ZMD Research Group and our affiliated ZMD Regenerative Medicine Foundation are seeking a Principal Investigator with expertise in regenerative medicine, stem cell biology, or related fields to lead clinical research initiatives across our platform. You will design and oversee clinical trials, develop research protocols, and contribute to peer-reviewed publications that advance the field.

This is a unique opportunity to conduct research within a clinical platform — with access to patient populations, clinical infrastructure, and a 501(c)(3) foundation committed to advancing regenerative medicine for everyday patients.

Requirements: MD, PhD, or MD/PhD; demonstrated research leadership experience; peer-reviewed publication record in regenerative medicine or related field; IRB protocol development experience; familiarity with FDA regulatory requirements for cell-based therapies.

Our clinical research arm is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our clinical trials and research studies. ZMD Research Group is seeking a Biostatistician / Research Analyst to support statistical analysis and data management across our clinical research portfolio.
